Raptor Civil Engineering is excited to share a recently approved project in Denver just outside of Central Park! These homes are LEED Gold Certified and the future in more sustainable/energy-efficient housing in the Denver metro area. The homes are also each equipped with solar on the roof at delivery.
We were able to get this 10-unit subdivision approved quickly without surprises this year. The scope included underground detention, utility design, and public improvements.
We are so excited to work with redT Homes on such an impactful, important project in Denver.
